Job summary

Leidos in the INTEL Sector seeks a Cybersecurity Product Engineer to join the Cyber & Analytics Business Area. You will work with a diverse team on cyber, EW, and PNT threats, developing solutions for a tactical edge platform.

The role requires a US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI clearance; it is a full-time position based in Huntsville, Alabama, with competitive benefits and opportunities for advanced training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer engineering, CS or related field.
• Proven ability to write software and scripts in Python, Bash, C++, HTML or JavaScript.
• Experience with network protocol analysis using Wireshark and similar tools.
• Experience with virtualization and containers (Vagrant, Docker, Podman, VirtualBox, Kubernetes).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create procedures and techniques for cyber operations platform usage in customer environments.
• Evaluate and integrate open-source cyber tools for the platform.
• Develop algorithms for IDS/IPS to detect malicious activity.
• Develop graphical dashboards and tools to visualize cyber activities.
• Develop custom installers for rugged edge systems.
