Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in IT/cybersecurity procurement.
• Experience with government and commercial procurement.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of MSA/SOW/SLA terminology and lifecycle.
