Job summary

Qnity is seeking an early-to-mid career Cybersecurity Platform Operations Analyst to support day-to-day security request triage, light administration, evidence gathering, and operational follow-up across SIEM, identity, endpoints, email security, and SaaS onboarding. This role develops broader cybersecurity engineering skills under senior guidance.

You will work with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender XDR, Entra ID, Intune, and related tools, ensuring proper data collection and escalation where

Qualifications

1–3 years of cybersecurity/IT infrastructure experience.
Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, least privilege, endpoint security, phishing, malware protection, logging, and network access.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with Windows endpoints and enterprise IT environments.
Ability to gather and interpret technical information from admin consoles, logs, and configuration screens.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Handle routine security requests and perform defined admin activities within established procedures.
Gather evidence and escalate issues that require senior input.
Support Microsoft security platform integrations and configuration issues.
Validate proper reporting into security platforms and assist with investigations and audits.
Document recurring problems and help improve procedures and controls.
