Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, detection, response, and incident management. You will lead a team of security analysts and coordinate with MDR providers to rapidly detect and contain cyber threats.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Information Security and requires 7+ years in cybersecurity with leadership experience, strong MITRE ATT&CK knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related field.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with enterprise SIEM, EDR, and MDR.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF/HIPAA/HITRUST.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations and incident response.
• Mentor security analysts and manage third-party providers.
• Define and report operational metrics to leadership.
• Oversee detection engineering and threat hunting.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and executives during incidents.
