Job summary

In-Telecom Consulting, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Manager to lead the cybersecurity function within Central Services. You will own people, processes, tooling, service quality, and strategic direction of managed cybersecurity services delivered across the client base.

This role oversees SIEM and SOC operating standards, third‑party security partner coordination, escalation quality, client risk visibility, compliance readiness, and platform governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT with a security focus.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading cybersecurity operations across SIEM, SOC, MDR, endpoint, identity and email security.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate security risk into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity department, overseeing priorities, workload, service quality, escalation discipline and team performance.
• Establish and maintain departmental standards for proactive security management, incident response, vulnerability management, client communication and reporting.
• Own the cybersecurity department scorecard, including KPIs, service delivery trends, backlog health, SLA adherence and client risk visibility.
• Oversee SIEM and SOC operating standards and coordination with third‑party security partners.
• Serve as technical lead and primary security operator, driving day‑to‑day execution and long‑term development.
