Job summary

American Tower is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join its corporate Information Security team. The role focuses on incident response, security operations within a SOC, and using Microsoft Sentinel to identify and remediate complex security events.

This position involves collaboration with managed detection partners, ongoing analysis, and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems across our global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4 years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on incident response and security operations within a SOC.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel or other SIEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze security events using Microsoft Sentinel and SIEM tools.
• Coordinate with managed detection partners for incident containment and remediation.
• Develop and implement runbooks and response procedures to minimize impact of incidents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support regulatory and legal requirements.
