Link Snacks is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our Global IT organization in Minnesota. The role will monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security alerts across distributed environments, delivering rapid containment and recovery actions.

You will work with security tooling like Defender and Sentinel, support vulnerability management, incident response, and coordination with infrastructure, network, OT teams, ensuring timely remediation and clear reporting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on cybersecurity operations, security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, IT support, or related technical operations.
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity operations including alert triage, incident response, endpoint security, identity security, phishing analysis, and vulnerability remediation support.
• Experience with security consoles, endpoint tools, identity platforms, and basic scripting to investigate issues.
• Familiarity with enterprise security technologies such as Defender, Sentinel, and 365 security tools.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts across SIEM/EDR, MDR, cloud security, and other platforms.
• Support MDR/EDR tools and vulnerability management across cloud, endpoint, and network security.
• Perform incident response activities: evidence gathering, containment, remediation tracking, and post-incident review.
• Communicate findings and risk with stakeholders; create incident reports with remediation status and lessons learned.
• Coordinate remediation with infrastructure, application, network, and OT teams; assist with security awareness.
• Assist with third‑party risk and vendor security information reviews.
