Link Snacks is seeking a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst to join our Global IT team. The role focuses on monitoring, triaging, investigating, and responding to security alerts across distributed environments to protect the organization.

You will support vulnerability management, assist with security-related helpdesk tickets, and coordinate with infrastructure, network, and external providers to ensure timely containment and remediation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience in security operations, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR tools and security ticketing processes.
• Ability to analyze logs, threats, and user activity for timely decisions.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts from SIEM/EDR/MDR and related platforms.
• Support security operations with Microsoft Sentinel configurations and data collectors.
• Maintain MDR/EDR/AV tools across cloud, endpoint, and network security.
• Perform incident response activities including containment, remediation, and reporting.
• Develop and refine incident response playbooks and procedures.
• Communicate risk and status to stakeholders and coordinate with teams.
