Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year university degree in CIS/MIS/CS/IS or 3+ years in IT Network Support.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Azure AD, Azure Firewall)
• Experience with network security tools (firewalls, antivirus, IDS)
• Understanding of VPNs, LAN/WAN, and patch management
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems; desktop support
• Experience with Windows products and network devices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work weekends or after-hours
• Security certifications preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Safeguard university network infrastructure and data assets.
• Respond to security incidents and monitor Azure environment.
• Assist staff with basic software and network usage training.
• Maintain security controls, patches, and asset management.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment replacement or support.
• Provide IT support and documentation for incidents and resolutions.
