• Lead and oversee independent validations of material cybersecurity models and AI-enabled security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Model Validation and Independent Challenge: validate cybersecurity models, detection systems, ML models, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other security solutions; determine scope; assess design, data quality, and governance; provide challenge to owners and engineers; approve validation conclusions and remediation priorities.
• Cybersecurity Model Risk Assessment: evaluate false positives/negatives, detect gaps, model uncertainty, drift, AI security risks, and robustness under adverse conditions.
• Framework, Governance, and Thought Leadership: develop scalable validation methodologies and standards; advise on model materiality and governance enhancements; monitor regulations and threats.
• Senior Stakeholder Engagement: partner with senior leaders across risk and technology; present conclusions and remediation priorities to governance committees.
