Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in engineering and technical services, seeks an FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. The role focuses on installing, operating, and maintaining IT/OT security, access controls, and accreditation activities to ensure compliance with Navy IT/OT directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer science, or Information Systems and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
• Credentials that meet DoD Cyber Workforce requirements for specialty codes 441, 451, and 462 at the intermediate level
• Experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce
• Must be familiar with current global, US, Program and PWS requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US passport and driver’s license throughout employment
• Passport must be valid for a minimum of one year or more at hiring
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
• Ability to pass medical contract requirements and deployment
• Must obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required)
• Ability to obtain country-specific visas as required by DOS guidance

Responsibilities

• Support Cybersecurity Program for control systems per the Cybersecurity Roles and Responsibilities for Facility-Related Control Systems
• Advise USG and Program leadership on security matters
• Maintain OT system and networks, hardware and software
• Monitor OT performance and recovery processes for security features
• Participate in incident reporting and conduct reporting
• Provide customer support and ensure proper security clearances and authorizations
• Assist in ensuring systems are operated, maintained and disposed of per security policies
• Confirm software licenses and notify POCs of changes
• Assist in accreditation documentation package development and maintenance
• Establish audit trails and review logs, ensure archival of records
• Define system performance and availability requirements
• Assist in site Certification and Accreditation (C&A) preparation
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk
• Other duties as assigned
