Job summary

Amentum, a global leader in advanced engineering and professional services, seeks an FRCS Cybersecurity Manager to support a government contract on Diego Garcia. The role covers installing, configuring, operating, and maintaining IT/OT, ensuring Navy and NAVFAC compliance, and safeguarding critical control systems.

The candidate will advise USG and program leadership, maintain accreditation documentation, monitor systems, and coordinate security access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD Cyber Workforce credentials for Network Operations, Systems Administration and Control System Security.
• Experience in austere OCONUS environments with multinational workforces.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US citizenship required).
• Willingness to obtain country-specific visas and security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support Cybersecurity Program for control systems per regulatory roles and responsibilities.
• Advise USG and program leadership on security and integrity matters.
• Maintain OT systems and networks, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Monitor performance, conduct incident reporting, and ensure proper security features.
• Coordinate approvals, access controls, and privileged user agreements.
• Prepare accreditation/certification documentation and maintain audit trails.
• Review threats, vulnerabilities, and residual risk on an ongoing basis.
