- Strong understanding of security testing and continuous monitoring protocols
- Proven experience in leading cybersecurity initiatives within a federal context

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Zero Trust Architecture and container security, specifically with Iron Bank
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or DoD 8570-compliant certification
