Job summary

Torch Technologies, Inc. seeks a Cybersecurity Journeyman (ISSO) to support CMOS/OLVIMS/MARKS programs at our Huntsville, AL site. The role demands implementing AF cybersecurity policies, maintaining RMF/CSF/NIST standards, and ensuring proper clearances and training for users.

Candidates should have a related degree with DoD experience, a State Secret clearance, and the required DCWF ISSO certification. We offer competitive benefits and ESOP in a stable, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of DoW experience (or 7 years with proper certifications).
• Experience with RMF, eMASS, Authority to Operate, and ISCM per DoW guidance (RMF/CSF/NIST).
• Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• DCWF ISSO certification (722) at journeyman level per DoWI 8510.01 and AFI 17-101/17-1305.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the appropriate operational security posture for the assigned IT systems.
• Enforce AF cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures.
• Complete and maintain cybersecurity certification IAW AFMAN 17-1303.
• Ensure users have required clearances and complete annual cybersecurity training.
• Coordinate with ISSM, SCA, and Wing Cybersecurity Office.
• Initiate protective/corrective measures for security incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Report incidents according to AFI 17-203 and related guidelines.
