Job summary

IDS International seeks an Information Technology (IT) Support Lead at Fort Bragg, NC, to oversee cybersecurity, information systems security, and IT operations supporting mission requirements. The lead will guide technical teams, support cybersecurity program management, and ensure compliance with DoD requirements.

The role requires a secret clearance, a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience, and current ISSM/DoD guidance knowledge.

Qualifications

Secret clearance and eligibility to work in DoD environments.
Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field or an associate with ten years IT lead experience.
Current certification meeting DoD ISSM (722) requirements at Intermediate/Advanced level (e.g., CISSP or CISM).
Minimum 20 hours CPD annually (or as required to maintain certifications).
Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles and RMF.
Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies and guidance.
Four+ years in a formal supervisory role managing military information systems.
Program management experience including task delegation, performance tracking, and personnel development.
Experience overseeing datacenter environments, virtualization, network and storage.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the organization’s cybersecurity program.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Oversee the implementation of security controls.
Monitor security systems and respond to security incidents.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Provide security guidance and training to personnel.
Manage security-related projects and initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the security of information systems and data.
