FHLBank Chicago is seeking a student intern to support vulnerability management, security awareness, and third-party risk initiatives. You will help remediate vulnerabilities, analyze phishing simulations, and assist with risk assessments.

Gain exposure to Security, IT Risk & Compliance, and Solutions Architecture while developing BI reporting skills using Power BI or Tableau. This internship emphasizes hands-on projects and potential capstone presentations.

Qualificações

• Enrolled student pursuing a technical degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Preferred coursework in networking, operating systems, or security fundamentals.
• Experience building reports or dashboards in BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and track them to closure.
• Investigate suspicious emails and design training content for awareness campaigns.
• Assist with third-party security assessments and vendor due diligence.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to show vulnerability trends and risk reduction.
• Shadow opportunities across IT Risk & Compliance, Security Engineering, and related areas.
