Job summary

Mott MacDonald in the United States is offering a 2027 summer internship program for early career engineers. The three-month development journey builds the foundations for starting a successful career at Mott MacDonald, with exposure to engineering design, site visits, client meetings, and documentation.

You will work with mentors and peers, developing problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills in a hybrid environment, with three days per week in the office at either Morristown, NJ or

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.

The expected salary for this position is $18 - $35 /hr.
