Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our cybersecurity program while overseeing the infrastructure that supports IT and OT environments.

You will partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to strengthen resilience, protect enterprise assets, and drive cybersecurity modernization across manufacturing facilities and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years in cybersecurity, network infrastructure, or IT operations.
• 3+ years of leadership managing technical teams.
• Experience implementing frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001.
• Strong governance, cloud security, network, identity management, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, incident response, and DR planning.
• Secure enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, network architecture, and OT environments.
• Develop cybersecurity policies and standards aligned with industry frameworks.
• Lead cybersecurity planning for manufacturing systems and technology implementations.
• Build and develop a high-performing Cybersecurity & Infrastructure team.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and leadership to strengthen resilience.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions to improve protection.
