Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system/network administration, business or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• At least three years of experience as a cybersecurity and/or infrastructure analyst.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity: review alerts, assist incident response and remediation, administer security tools, conduct vulnerability assessments and risk reduction.
• Core Infrastructure Operations: work with vendors, support servers, networks, cloud systems, identity platforms, backups and IT services.
• Help Desk Backup: provide coverage during staffing gaps and high-volume periods, resolve common hardware/software issues.
