The Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation seeks a Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Analyst to strengthen our technology environment. You will monitor cybersecurity and core infrastructure, support incident response, and help reduce risk while providing essential end-user assistance across the foundation.

The Cybersecurity / Infrastructure Analyst supports the Foundation’s technology environment through a focus on cybersecurity, core infrastructure operations, and supplemental end-user support. This role works under cybersecurity and infrastructure leadership to help ensure the Foundation’s systems are secure, reliable, resilient, and aligned with organizational needs. Key responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining infrastructure and cybersecurity systems, assisting with incident response and risk‑reduction activities, and providing backup help desk coverage during staffing gaps, escalations, high‑volume periods, and priority incidents.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, system/network administration, business or related field or equivalent years of experience is required.
Work Experience: At least three years of experience as a cybersecurity and/or infrastructure analyst. Additional experience as a help desk technician is a plus.
Travel: This position will require no business travel.
