Job description

About Darkhorse Tech

Darkhorse Tech provides comprehensive Dental-Specific IT services to our clients, including ongoing support (Managed Services), startup projects & expansions (planning, design, buildouts), as well as software & hardware sales and maintenance.

As a leader in the industry, we have established strong relationships with all leading-edge technology companies servicing the Dental community. Our company was founded by CEO Reuben Kamp, who left a nationwide Dental IT company to create a relationship-focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) that builds true partnerships with its clients.

Building on over 10 years of experience, we now service approximately 1300 clients across all 50 states, experiencing significant growth while maintaining unparalleled support for our Dental Practice partners. With technicians nationwide, we offer both in-person and remote support.

About You

You prioritize service excellence. Providing exemplary service involves recognizing its importance. Have you ever avoided calling your cell phone provider because waiting on hold and fighting for a solution seems exhausting? Conversely, have you experienced a service organization that addresses your concerns efficiently, with care and acknowledgment that you are their top priority? Such approaches build loyalty and trust, vital to any business’s health.

You are solution-oriented and accountable. When faced with an issue, you follow service standards, quickly provide solutions, and escalate when necessary, communicating progress professionally and engagingly with clients.

You are a team player. While individual tickets are addressed separately, our team supports one another to achieve a common goal—delivering exceptional service that our clients value and trust.
