Caterpillar Inc. in the United States seeks a Cybersecurity Program Manager to join the Cybersecurity PMO, leading Governance, Risk and Compliance initiatives across the enterprise.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and provide clear visibility into risks, progress, and outcomes for senior leadership. This role requires executive-ready communication and strong stakeholder management in a global, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Ability to translate technical/operational information into concise executive communications.
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional cybersecurity programs from planning through execution and adoption.
• Translate priorities into program plans, roadmaps, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate projects, manage risks, dependencies, and issues; prepare exec dashboards and reports.
• Establish governance with leadership reviews, status reporting, and escalation processes.
• Partner with leaders, business stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, and vendors to deliver outcomes.
