Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineering Co-op to secure Bayer Radiology medical devices and software against cyber threats, reviewing vulnerabilities and assessing potential impacts on safety and effectiveness. You will design and develop mitigation solutions for Bayer Radiology devices and IT products.

In this role you will learn product interfaces, participate in cybersecurity design reviews, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet defined objectives under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity Engineering or related field.
• Academic understanding of cybersecurity principles (2+ years).
• Familiarity with vulnerability analysis, vulnerability testing, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill requirements defined by others.
• Support the development of one design element at a time within a selected discipline.
• Learn about the product and clinical applications.
• Develop understanding of interfaces within processes.
