Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering enterprise firewall platforms.
• Experience with Check Point and web proxy/security solutions.
• Knowledge of Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) and Proofpoint.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, routing).
• Experience in ticketed environments (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience with endpoint security tools: CrowdStrike, Carbon Black App Control, Trellix Solidcore.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
