Job summary

AGE Solutions seeks a CDS/DSAWG Support Specialist to support a high-visibility DoD cybersecurity risk management program. On-site at Fort Meade, you will organize CDS/DSAWG meetings, coordinate briefings, and support risk reviews for senior DoD boards.

The role demands DoD clearance, IAM/IAT Level II, and DoD policy expertise. Expect to prepare governance materials, risk assessments, and operational SOPs while ensuring accurate documentation and timely communications across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
• 5+ years IT program management experience, specifically audits/inspections in a DoD or Federal environment
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II certification
• Deep functional expertise in National and DoD IT policy
• Expert knowledge in Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design & Implementation, Cross‑Domain Solutions, DMZ design, Security Engineering and Network Systems Management
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation and governance materials for senior DoD boards

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda development, briefing coordination, and meeting minutes
• Serve as primary or backup briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc sessions, and annual reviews before senior DoD boards
• Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and Program Managers to resolve Cybersecurity Scorecard non-compliance issues
• Provide expert support to the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS-related issues and risk decisions
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments while supporting DSAWG/CDTAB strategic goals
• Maintain and manage online collaboration platforms for DSAWG and CDTAB
• Develop and distribute meeting materials, standardized briefing templates, and timely notifications
• Prepare monthly status reports, SOPs, technical papers, white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans
• Manage monthly ballots and review processes for CDS requests and annual reviews

AGE Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) CDTAB/DSAWG Support Specialist to support a critical cybersecurity risk management and assessment program for our Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong cybersecurity and governance experience to play a key role in high-visibility DoD forums.

Position Location: On-site at Fort Meade, MD

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage DSAWG and CDTAB meetings, including scheduling, logistics, agenda development, briefing coordination, and comprehensive meeting minutes.
• Serve as primary or backup briefer for CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc sessions, and annual reviews before senior DoD boards (CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC).
• Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSMs, and Program Managers to resolve Cybersecurity Scorecard non‑compliance issues and keep senior leadership informed of findings and remediation status.
• Provide expert support to the CDTAB Chair and Secretariat on CDS‑related issues, risk decisions, policy planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments while supporting the execution of DSAWG and CDTAB strategic goals.
• Maintain and manage online collaboration platforms for DSAWG and CDTAB, ensuring easy access to policies, briefings, tracking tools, references, and contact directories.
• Develop and distribute meeting materials, standardized briefing templates, and timely notifications to all members and advisors.
• Prepare monthly status reports (MSRs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical papers, white papers, CONOPS, and contingency plans to support RE4 functions.
• Manage monthly ballots and review processes, handling high volumes of CDS requests, tickets, briefings, and annual reviews.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of IT program management experience, specifically leading audits and inspections in a DoD or Federal environment
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required)
• DoD 8570 IAM or IAT Level II certification (required)
• Deep functional expertise in National and DoD IT policy

Compensation: $90,000+
