Job summary

Interclypse in Maryland seeks a cybersecurity professional to assist in the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of security solutions across the enterprise. You will work under senior engineers to configure and troubleshoot security tools, respond to security alerts, and perform initial analysis of potential security incidents.

Qualifications

Interclypse is supporting several Maryland state agencies in the modernization and sustainment of critical systems. All positions are required to be on-site at various locations in Maryland.

Position Summary:

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline is preferred.

General Experience:

At least three (3) years of experience as a software engineer or systems administrator.

Specialized Experience:

At least one (1) year of experience working directly with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), or endpoint security solutions.
