Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer II to design, implement, and optimize security monitoring and endpoint detection using SIEM and EDR platforms such as Cortex XSIAM, Splunk, or CrowdStrike. You will improve threat visibility and detection fidelity while reducing noise across the environment.

You’ll develop and tune detection use cases, build automation, and collaborate with SOC,Cyber Resiliency, and engineering teams to strengthen cybersecurity operations and incident response

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cyber security work experience.
• 1+ years of SIEM or EDR platform experience with Cortex XSIAM, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operational health of SIEM and EDR environments.
• Tune and develop detection use cases and correlations.
• Collaborate with SOC and engineering teams to improve threat visibility.
