Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to support AFLCMC/ES at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role focuses on RMF implementation, security engineering, and risk management across the ESS portfolio.

The position requires an Active Secret clearance, a DoD-relevant ABET-accredited degree, and 7+ years of experience, including 3 in the DoD, with Security+ certification and DoD cloud security knowledge.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have and maintain an Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in an ABET-accredited engineering program with at least 7 years of experience, 3 in DoD.
• Security+ Certification.
• Understanding of cybersecurity in DoD cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies including CI/CD, DevSecOps, and DevOps.
• Experience with systems analysis and eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Develop security documentation (SSP, PDP, SRA, OPSEC, and other artifacts).
• Support RMF Authorization and Accreditation activities per DoD policies.
• Manage system user accounts, PKI, ports/protocols, and access control lists.
• Implement and track security updates, configurations, and vulnerability remediation per DoD requirements.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments; recommend security policies and contingency plans.
• Collaborate to ensure RMF A&A approvals by Authorizing Officials.
