Responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and PoCs to showcase solutions.
• Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.

Cyber Security Director

As a Cyber Security Director, you will work closely with our sales team, clients, and technical experts to design and propose tailored large-scale security solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in minimum two security area including OT Security, Managed Detection & Response, Identity & Access Management, GRC, Data Security, Cloud Security, Network Security or AI Security and the ability to translate complex security concepts into business value for our clients. This position will be based out of Edison, NJ or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Geo Sales/ Customer to understand the requirements and develop tailored Security Solutions for Energy Resources & Utility industries (ERU)
• Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to identify security gaps and recommend appropriate solutions meeting regulatory requirements for ERU industry.
• Present and articulate the value proposition of our security products and services to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase our solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and contribute to the overall growth of the cyber security business.
• Strong storytelling, consultative solution selling, value proposition, strong articulation and negotiation skills
• Ability to connect with CXOs, drive proactive business, build pipeline, influence decision makers.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of enterprise technology experience, out which at least 6+ years in Cyber security services and products
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar) are a plus
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast-faced result-oriented environment
• Proven track record in leading complex engagements and managing client relationships at senior levels
• Understanding of OT security and one of the security domains wiz., AI Security, IAM, Cloud Security , Vulnerability Management, MDR, GRC, Data Security / Privacy , Network security, Security engineering, PQC etc.

Salary Range: $171,500-$232,000 a year
