Rehrig Pacific Company seeks a Director of Cybersecurity to execute and evolve the security program under the VP of Digital Innovation & Cybersecurity. You will own risk management, threat modeling, security architecture, and incident response, partnering across IT Operations, Solutions Delivery, and Digital Innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or information security; master’s preferred.
• CISSP/CISM/CISA or comparable certifications; cloud security credentials favored.
• 10+ years cybersecurity experience with 4+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with AI-era threats including LLMs and agentic systems.
• Experience evolving security programs from periodic to continuous posture.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF and regulatory requirements for manufacturing or distribution.
• Incident response leadership with cross‑functional coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Travel approximately 15–25%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enterprise risk register and threat modeling for infrastructure, data, and third parties.
• Own threat modeling for new initiatives and significant architecture changes.
• Evolve threat model to address AI-era threats and evolving adversaries.
• Own security architecture: IAM, network segmentation, data protection, app security, AI safety.
• Partner with Solutions Delivery on secure development and guardrails for agentic systems.
• Maintain security standards and reference architectures for scalable use.
• Lead enterprise incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Drive continuous posture with validation, risk assessment, and improvements.
• Governance, third-party risk management, and security policy upkeep.
• Partner with IT Operations on SIEM, vulnerability management, IAM, patch cadence.
