Job summary

Sia is looking for a skilled consultant to join their Cybersecurity Business Unit. In this role, you will work under the guidance of experienced consultants and be involved in diverse areas such as Cyber Strategy and Risk Management.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree and possesses 1–3 years of consultancy experience in cybersecurity projects, along with strong interests in data and AI. The position offers flexible working options and a competitive salary.

In addition to your missions, you will also participate in the internal development of the firm:

• Innovation within our Sia CyberLab, developing new SaaS offers and solutions around advanced technologies, especially AI. You will carry out benchmarks and PoCs of Cyber solutions, and actively monitor Cyber news.
• Promote the firm around our Cybersecurity expertise by contributing to the publication plan (articles, insights, white papers, studies, webinars, etc.) and representing the firm at professional clubs, fairs and events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, or econometrics.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience within a consultancy firm on cybersecurity projects.
• Strong interest in data and AI-related topics, with the ability to quickly build expertise and help clients seize these opportunities.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix/Linux, Windows and/or macOS), Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), Applications (Web Server, BDD, Middleware, etc.), and Cryptography; knowledge of Blockchain is a plus.
• A fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Language skills: French, Dutch and English.
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
