Job summary

Oneleet is seeking a Head of Community & Events to shape how we connect customers, partners, and prospects. You’ll design and own the community programs and event experiences that drive trust, engagement, and pipeline in cybersecurity and compliance.

You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to scale our early-stage community from the ground up, while delivering measurable impact through executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, and digital spaces.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in event marketing, community management or related B2B SaaS roles.
• Proven ability to build and scale a B2B community or events program.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the Oneleet events calendar and experiences.
• Build and scale a community strategy from the ground up.
• Design exclusive executive and customer engagement programs.
• Own conference and industry presence, including sponsorships.
• Define metrics and report on program impact.
