Job summary

Oneleet is a fast-growing cybersecurity and compliance platform. We are seeking a seasoned professional to build and lead our community and event programs in a remote-friendly environment.

You will define strategy, build infrastructure, and create moments that turn customers and prospects into a thriving Oneleet community. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure events drive pipeline, retention, and brand growth, while maintaining a high-quality, human-centric

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years in event marketing, community management, field marketing, or developer/customer relations at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience building and managing a B2B community or event program, ideally from an early stage.
• Strong written and verbal communication; budget and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full events calendar from intimate dinners to major conferences.
• Design event experiences that feel distinct to Oneleet.
• Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor coordination, invitations, run‑of‑show, on‑site execution and post‑event follow‑up.
• Build community strategy, audience, platforms, and programming from the ground up.
• Define metrics and report on pipeline influence and engagement.
