Job summary
Aon plc seeks a Senior Specialist, Cybersecurity Communications to advance internal cybersecurity awareness and behavior change across the firm. You will partner with Global Cybersecurity Services (GCS) leaders to craft messages that help colleagues protect Aon's systems, data and products.
The role reports to the Head of Aon Business Services Communications and requires strong writing, campaign management and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences across global
Qualifications
- 4+ years of strategic internal cyber/tech communications experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with executive visibility.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel communications campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable communications.
- Lead planning and execution of awareness campaigns and training promotions.
- Develop colleague communications across email, intranet, Viva Engage, newsletters and leader messages.
- Coordinate messaging across stakeholder groups for consistency and impact.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using engagement data and feedback.
