Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud or related IT.
• Hands-on experience with security operations and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity alerts, vulnerabilities, and security events.
• Administer and support cybersecurity technologies, security controls, and monitoring tools.
• Manage and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network, server, and cloud infrastructure.
• Support vulnerability management, patching, identity and access management, and endpoint security initiatives.
• Participate in audits, assessments, disaster recovery testing, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen the organization’s security posture.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and support across cybersecurity and infrastructure disciplines.

What You’ll Do

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, cloud administration, infrastructure engineering, or related IT disciplines.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft-based enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity operations, security monitoring, vulnerability management, or incident response.
• Experience supporting cloud and infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Financial services, banking, credit union, healthcare, government, or other regulated industry experience preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting IT audits, compliance initiatives, risk assessments, or cybersecurity reviews.
• Security certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, Microsoft Security Certifications, or similar credentials.
