Job summary

CTG is seeking a Cybersecurity Business Analyst – IAM/PAM to support discovery, planning and implementation activities in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on privileged access management and IAM program workstreams across security and infrastructure teams.

The successful candidate will conduct discovery, requirements analysis, and process mapping, lead IAM/PAM workshops, and help create roadmaps and Statements of Work.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience in IAM, PAM, cybersecurity, or related areas.
• Experience with CyberArk/PAM, consulting engagements, process analysis, and implementation planning preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and ability to interact with diverse groups.

CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Business Analyst – IAM/PAM position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: 9 months

Duties:

• Support CyberArk PAM discovery, expansion, and implementation planning.
• Conduct privileged account discovery, onboarding assessments, process mapping, and requirements analysis.
• Lead IAM/PAM workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process documentation.
• Assess PSM readiness and develop implementation roadmaps and SoW documentation.
