Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an experienced auditor to conduct Cloud and AI audits from our Chicago office. The role is hybrid, with three days on-site per week, focusing on governance, risk management and internal controls across a broad enterprise scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cloud/AI audits, professional designations such as CISA or CISSP, and strong analytical, communication and collaborative skills to influence across groups.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of Cloud and AI audit experience required or preferred.
• Professional designations such as CISA or CISSP are desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with deep analytical ability.
• Ability to influence, collaborate across teams and manage ambiguity.
• Data-driven decision making is essential.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group and informs decision making.
• Supports development of annual audit plan and practical audit execution.
• Conducts audits across enterprise risks, including technology and controls.
• Provides input to Chief/Assistant Chief Auditor on audit execution and findings.
• Maintains independence and quality in line with Corporate Audit Methodology.
• Identifies control deficiencies and communicates risk with balance.
