Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/OT cybersecurity architecture experience in large or complex organizations.
• Expert with NIST, ISO, FERC, IEC, TOGAF frameworks and risk management.
• Cloud and on-prem security knowledge; SSO, SAML, MFA proficiency.
• Clearance or secure environment experience preferred.
• Strong communication to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT/OT cybersecurity architecture defensible against threats.
• Lead risk assessments for security tools, systems, and controls.
• Guide cyber security risk management and vulnerability categorization by verticals.
• Translate regulations (NERC, FERC, etc.) into actionable security activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect teams to align security with business strategy.
• Evaluate ROI of security investments through a risk-based lens.
• Prioritize cybersecurity projects by risk, impact, and resources.
• Demonstrate hardening of architectures and threat awareness; support M&A integrations.
