Job summary
UL Solutions seeks a Cybersecurity Expert to lead cybersecurity work product development for complex software-intensive systems, including automotive and energy applications. You'll drive compliance with ISO 21434, ISO 24089, and UN Regulations 155/156, while applying secure software practices across embedded systems.
Responsibilities include leading SOWs, client programs, and strategic direction, with travel to client sites and UL locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical, Automotive, Robotics, Software or Mechatronics Engineering. Masters preferred.
- 5+ years' experience with ISO 21434, CSMS, automotive cybersecurity risk management, continuous cybersecurity activities.
- Software development experience with embedded/safety-relevant systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead ISO 21434:2021 processes and templates development and review.
- Lead ISO 21434:2021 work products (TARA, cybersecurity claims, spec, verification, reports).
- Lead ISO 24089:2023 processes and templates and related work products.
- Lead UN Regulations No. 155 and 156 development.
- Apply secure SD practices to guide design, implementation, verification.
