Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to augment our security program. The role blends Windows-based IT administration with hands-on security tooling, governance, and incident response.

You will work under the Manager of Information Security to design, implement, and operate modern controls and procedures. The ideal candidate will manage risk, deploy security platforms, and drive improvements in detection, prevention, and governance within a collaborative, high-growth team

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT administration, systems engineering, or information security.
• Strong Windows environments focus with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID experience.
• Scripting and automation in PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Risk Management: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and controls.
• Align with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Maintain security risk register and perform risk assessments and remediation.
• Leverage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, and PowerShell to engineer secure baselines.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure secure configurations and compliance across the environment.
• Deploy, configure, and tune endpoint management using UEM/MDM/EDR.
