Job summary

JMA Resources seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to support monitoring, vulnerability management, and risk analysis for client systems. You will analyze security data, identify risks, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include vulnerability analysis with ACAS/Tenable, automating processes with scripting, and preparing clear reports. DoD Secret Clearance is required or the ability to obtain it; hybrid onsite work in Philadelphia, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional cybersecurity experience focused on logs, events, and data from security tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent STEM field; or equivalent professional certification/experience.
• Certifications include CAP, CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP/CISSP Associate, GSLC or CCISO.
• Experience with ACAS or Tenable for vulnerability management and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system logs, security events, and cybersecurity data to identify risks.
• Perform vulnerability analysis using ACAS/Tenable.
• Review data from monitoring tools to identify trends and follow-up needs.
• Assess impact of identified cybersecurity risks and document findings.
• Develop scripts to automate cybersecurity processes and analyses.
• Prepare clear findings, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support cybersecurity monitoring and vulnerability activities per program requirements.
• Carry out related duties to support client and project needs.
