Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst V to join the Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management and BCM support group onsite in Abbott Park, IL. The role centers on translating requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions and coordinating across GRC, CVRM, BCM, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate has deep ServiceNow expertise, a CSM certification, and familiarity with vendor risk, disaster recovery, and GRC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity or equivalent alignment with the role’s education expectations.
• ServiceNow knowledge with strong depth (advanced preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and ServiceNow Administrator/Developer/general user certifications as applicable.
• Experience with change management release cycles and platform schedules for upcoming releases.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity risk management workflows (vendor risk, disaster recovery, GRC).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, document use cases, and coordinate testing activities in ServiceNow.
• Manage enhancement requests and defects; follow the release cycle with cross-functional Teams and ServiceNow owners/process owners.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and validation activities, including defect tracking and determining path forward for incidents.
• Collaborate with CVRM and BCM teams to understand issues, review original stories, and troubleshoot root causes.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership on stories, testing cycles, obstacles, and upcoming enhancements.

Our client is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst V to join their team. As a Cybersecurity Analyst V, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity Management support group, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will bring a friendly, eager-to-learn mindset, strong curiosity as a problem solver, and the drive to collaborate across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), CVRM, BCM, infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams.

Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst V

Location: Onsite, Abbott Park, IL (100 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park, IL 60064)

Pay Range: $51.41/hr. to $58/hr.

What's the Job?

• Support cybersecurity vendor risk management and business continuity reporting by gathering requirements, documenting use cases, and coordinating testing activities in ServiceNow.
• Manage enhancement requests, enhancements/defects gathering, and follow the release cycle by working with cross-functional teams, developers, and ServiceNow platform owners/process owners.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and validation activities, including defect tracking and helping teams determine the correct path forward for incidents and defects.
• Collaborate with CVRM and BCM teams to understand raised issues/incidents, review ServiceNow original stories, and troubleshoot to identify root cause.
• Provide weekly status updates to leadership on stories in progress, testing cycles, obstacles, and upcoming enhancements.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity (or equivalent alignment with the role’s education expectations).
• ServiceNow knowledge with strong depth (prefer advanced) and the ability to understand tool capabilities to guide teams on incident vs. potential incident scenarios.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and ServiceNow Administrator/Developer/general user certification(s) as applicable.
• Experience understanding and following change management release cycles, including adherence to platform schedules for upcoming releases.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity risk management workflows, including vendor risk, disaster recovery, and/or GRC-related processes (preferred).
