Job summary

•••••••• is a cyber fusion and MXDR leader providing security and compliance services to mid-market and enterprise customers. The CyberSecurity Analyst works with the client to reduce security issues, administers security measures, and delivers security analytics and support.

The role interfaces with multiple client levels to align business and IT security objectives and to deliver proactive support and incident response.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience managing PCI, HIPAA, or SSAE16 certifications is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, respond to, and analyze SIEM alerts from monitoring tools.
• Provide guidance to clients to enhance security posture; handle incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors and third parties to improve information security.
• Respond to security tickets escalated from clients and assist in resolution.
• Work with IT professionals to resolve vulnerabilities and malware outbreaks.
• Monitor vulnerability information from vendors and third parties.
• Create weekly/monthly status reports and daily task reports.
