Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. in Norfolk, Virginia, is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join a Navy-focused team supporting the FLEX program and DMO readiness.

The role combines primary cyber security analysis with experimental planning support for Navy initiatives, requiring active clearance and RMF/A&A proficiency. You will track A&A efforts, develop accreditation plans, and coordinate with Navy officials, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure compliance with Navy IT, IA, and ship/ashore

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance, with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field from an accredited college/university and five plus years’ experience in Information Assurance operations, plus two years’ direct experience with RMF and related installation/accreditation processes.
• Must have Cybersecurity Analyst, ISSE or similar experience.
• Experience with eMASS, Navy RMF, ACAS/NESSUS and SCAP.
• Experience with Navy IT, IA and ship/ashore policies.

Responsibilities

• Track, monitor and support A&A efforts for technology providers selected for experiments.
• Assist engineering to develop plans for accreditations prior to experiment participation.
• Analyze IA-related technical problems and provide solutions.
• Develop/review IATT Plans and RMF/A&A packaging.
• Coordinate with NAVWAR NAO/SCA to establish IATT dates and accreditation milestones.
• Conduct ACAS/SCAP testing and STIG validation on systems for A&A package development.
• Enter/update POA&M and track actions in eMASS.
