Job summary

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s in IT-related field, 5+ years in cybersecurity, and certifications meeting DoD 8140 IAT Level II. The position is hybrid, with remote telework and onsite at Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field with 5+ years in cybersecurity, IA, or sysadmin.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
• Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, and NIST SP 800-53 to achieve system accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report security posture for mission-critical systems; communicate risk and mitigations.
• Collaborate with development, system administration, and test teams to maintain secure environments.
• Perform RMF tasking in support of assessment and authorization for deployments.
• Prepare and deliver customer deliverables and scope execution requirements.
• Provide information assurance expertise and collaborate with teammates with user mission first.
