Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to safeguard information systems and respond to threats globally. You will deploy security solutions, triage incidents, and support regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Leverage CySA+/GSEC expertise and SIEM experience to analyze threats, run phishing simulations, and guide remediation. Technical degree and up to 10% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
• Three or more years of practical experience in an information security role
• Strong analytical critical thinking skills
• Previous experience working in large-scale environments with diverse technologies
• CySA+, GSEC, or similar certifications are required
• Problem management and resolution skills
• Project management skills
• Knowledge of generally accepted security principles
• Ability to analyze data, resources, and schedules to make project decisions
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• A degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity is preferred but not required
• Active passport preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and resolving security problems and threats
• Collaborate with the expanding Cybersecurity team and internal EnerSys teams on cybersecurity compliance frameworks, programs, and initiatives
• Deploy and standardize cybersecurity solutions across global operations and critical systems
• Contribute to and maintain regulatory compliance efforts
• Analyze and triage security alerts and events to detect, analyze, and respond to potential threats and vulnerabilities
• Manage and tune Data Security, SIEM, endpoint security, and other security tools
• Investigate security breaches and cybersecurity incidents, produce detailed reports, and advise on remediation
• Plan, design, and execute simulated phishing campaigns
• Evaluate emerging security trends, threats, and attack vectors
• Perform other duties as assigned
