Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst II to safeguard information assets and collaborate with the cybersecurity team across global operations. You will analyze security events, tune tools, support regulatory compliance, and assist in phishing simulations, with up to 10% travel.

The role requires 3+ years of information security experience, CySA+/GSEC or equivalent, and strong analytical skills in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident; passport preferred but not required.
3+ years of information security experience.
CySA+, GSEC or similar certifications required.
Ability to analyze data and manage security incidents.

Responsibilities

Deploy and standardize cybersecurity solutions across global operations and critical systems.
Maintain regulatory compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
Analyze and triage security alerts and incidents to detect, analyze, and respond to threats.
Manage and tune security tools such as Data Security, SIEM platforms, endpoint security, and other security software.
Conduct in-depth investigations of security breaches and incidents, produce remediation reports.
Plan, design, and execute simulated phishing campaigns to assess employee security awareness.
Evaluate emerging security trends and attack vectors.
