Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to guide the organization through strategic security initiatives and disaster recovery planning. You will oversee risk assessments, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen our security posture.

This role requires leadership of cybersecurity teams, strong communication skills, and deep expertise in threat analysis, forensics, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or related area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with project plans.
• Leadership of teams that support cybersecurity.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Data analysis and modeling.
• Threat analysis/forensics, threat hunting, and threat intelligence.
• Experience with Splunk, Sentinel, and threat intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with ABS Management and users to identify and prioritize improvements and projects.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver high-level and detailed presentations and technical diagrams for senior leadership.
• Participate in development and stewardship of the Disaster Recovery Plan from a cybersecurity perspective.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Provide technical and non-technical reviews to directors, managers, and staff.
