Job summary

Sia Partners in New York is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to join the Cybersecurity & AI Trust team. You will lead end-to-end cybersecurity engagements, shaping strategy, risk, compliance, and data protection for international clients.

The role requires deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor consultants. A hybrid work model with onsite presence three days a week is offered, with opportunities for growth and professional certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with a consulting firm or cybersecurity solutions provider
• Knowledge of market standards and reference systems (ISO 270xx, NIST, NYDFS, FFIEC)
• Experience on at least two of the firm’s eight offerings (Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Data Protection, Offensive Security, Resilience, Training)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, writing and presentation skills
• Familiarity with major market technologies (VPN, VPN, Proxy, EDR, IAM, MDM, DLP, CASB)
• Willingness to obtain cybersecurity certifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end projects or sub-projects within complex international engagements
• Contribute to business development and client proposals
• Maintain client relationships and mentor consultants on project delivery and skills
• Lead teams and ensure deliverables meet expectations and deadlines
• Contribute to internal development through Learning & Development initiatives and publication plans
