Altimetrik Poland is seeking a CyberArk Senior Engineer to administer and expand the PAM platform, ensuring secure privileged access, compliance, and reliable operations across enterprise systems. You will work with Security, Audit, and IT teams to implement controls and automation.

The role requires 10+ years in information security or IAM, plus at least 5 years of hands-on CyberArk administration in large environments, and experience supporting SOX-regulated settings.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security, IAM, or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering experience within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing privileged access processes, operational support, and compliance-driven security controls.
• Experience supporting SOX-regulated environments and working with internal and external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, and enterprise server platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and fulfil privileged access requests in accordance with governance, approval workflows, and security policies.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and operational support for CyberArk infrastructure, vaults, privileged session management, and integrations.
• Perform platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, health checks, and performance tuning to ensure a secure and resilient service.
• Support regulatory and audit requirements, including SOX compliance, access reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and remediation activities.
• Onboard new servers, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged identities into CyberArk to expand platform coverage.
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Application teams to resolve access-related issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, identify security risks, and implement continuous improvements to strengthen privileged access controls.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, standards, and support runbooks.
• Participate in security incident investigations involving privileged accounts and access management controls.
• Support strategic initiatives to increase automation, improve compliance reporting, and enhance privileged access governance.

The CyberArk Senior Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, security, compliance, and continuous expansion of the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. The role ensures privileged access is managed securely, operational services remain available, compliance obligations are met, and CyberArk capabilities are expanded across the enterprise to reduce cyber risk and strengthen security controls.
